Altitude Adds Card Statements and Financial Documents
Altitude, a stablecoin account for businesses, now provides 6 downloadable document types: account statements, balance summaries, account details, accounts and services summaries, card statements, and transfer confirmations. Finance teams can retrieve card activity from the account they use to manage payments.
Card statements are under Settings → Documents, alongside balance summaries, account details, and accounts and services summaries. Account statements use Transactions → Export → PDF or Account → Export → PDF: select one account or all accounts and a statement period. Transaction data can also be exported separately as CSV, filtered by account, currency, and date range. A completed outgoing payment has its own confirmation in Transactions.
These records answer different accounting questions. A card statement covers card activity; an account statement covers the selected account and period; a transfer confirmation records a completed outgoing payment. Replacing a card statement with an account export can leave a reconciliation incomplete if the chosen account or date range excludes the activity being checked. A transfer confirmation alone also cannot establish that a particular card purchase settled.
The exports suit businesses that need to reconcile card spending with account movements or send records to an accountant. They do not turn Altitude into a bank account: stablecoin balances remain in customer-controlled wallets and are not insured bank deposits. Services are for eligible businesses and require identity and business verification. For another example of separating fixed documents from transaction rows, see Plasma One PDF and CSV statements.
Before importing a month into the ledger, match a settled purchase, any refund, and any fee against the card statement and relevant transaction export. Check that the selected account, currency, and period cover the same activity; a readable PDF does not by itself prove that every row needed for reconciliation is present.
