COCA Affiliate Rewards Combine Signup, Spend and Staking

COCA has upgraded its affiliate program with 3 reward components: $25–$60 for each new active user, up to $109 a month from that user's card spending, and up to $800 when that user stakes COCA. These are payments to the affiliate who brings the user, rather than cashback automatically paid to the cardholder.

The advertised $969 per person adds the top $60 activation payment, one month's $109 spending payment and the $800 staking payment. It is neither a fixed signup reward nor a recurring $969 monthly payment. A referral who becomes active but does not stake or generate qualifying spending cannot be assumed to produce all 3 components.

The structure gives an affiliate reasons to encourage more than registration: continued card spending can generate a recurring component, while staking determines another, larger component. A prospective cardholder should therefore separate the economics of the card from the reward available to its promoter. An affiliate's maximum earnings do not establish the value of joining or staking for the person referred.

COCA has not specified the active-user threshold, spending calculation, staking bands or payout schedule in this update. Creators considering the program need those terms before forecasting revenue. Cardholders comparing offers should check which rewards go to them, which go to the affiliate, and what each requires; the $969 total cannot be entered as the cardholder's own expected return.
