Western Union Stablecard: Up to $40 in Money20/20 Credits

Western Union Stablecard offers new customers up to $40 in card spending credits through an onsite promotion at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas. Registration takes place at the Rain booth on 20 October 2026.

Stablecard is a Visa credit card issued by Third National. Rain supplies the app, wallet and card technology.

Register at the Rain booth from 10:00 to 14:00 PT

  • Applicants must be new customers aged at least 18, or the higher age of majority where they live.
  • Scan the QR code at the booth, download the app, complete identity verification and receive approval during the onsite registration window on 20 October, 10:00–14:00 PT.
  • Keep the account open and in good standing. Employees of Western Union, Rain and their agencies are excluded, and remote applications after leaving the event or using a photograph of the QR code do not qualify.

Get $20 on card creation and $20 after $12 in purchases

  • A $20 welcome credit is added automatically when the card is created.
  • A further $20 spending credit is added automatically after at least $12 in net eligible purchases of goods or services, made from card creation through 21 October 2026 at 23:59 PT. Purchases funded by the welcome credit count toward this requirement. As a result, spending $12 of the welcome credit unlocks the second $20 without adding funds. The total is capped at $40 per person.

The credits increase card spending power only: they are not USDPT, cryptocurrency or wallet deposits. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and do not expire once posted.

Excluded transactions include ATM withdrawals, cash advances, cash back and cash-like transactions; gift cards, prepaid top-ups and gambling; cryptocurrency purchases; person-to-person transfers and wallet or collateral funding; fees and interest; and declined, refunded, reversed, disputed or fraudulent transactions.

If a refund within 7 days after the spending credit is posted reduces net eligible purchases below $12, that credit may be recovered. The organizer may end the promotion early.
