Pulsar StableFX Is Live for Dollar-to-Euro Spending

Pulsar StableFX now lets users convert dollar balances into euros and use the resulting euro balance for payments in the same app. The flow connects funding and currency conversion with spending through the Pulsar card.

Users first add funds to Pulsar, with RhinoFi helping move funds on-chain. The dollar-to-euro conversion exchanges USDC for EURC through Aero liquidity pools on Arc. After the exchange, the euro balance can be used for everyday purchases or sent to a euro bank account to pay rent and bills.

Pulsar has not published a separate StableFX fee or spread, so the amount of EURC received depends on the Aero pool quote at the time of the swap. Comparing the EURC credited with the USDC sent gives the full cost of each conversion, which is the figure to set against the foreign exchange fee a dollar card would charge on the same euro purchase.

The earlier Pulsar–Aero integration plan still had currency pools coming soon on October 16. By October 20, Pulsar was offering the complete flow for use, including both card purchases and euro bank transfers.
