Pulsar Pro Doubles October Points; Full Refunds Cost 125 per $1

Pulsar Pro doubles eligible rewards during October 2026 for existing and new Pro members, subject to participation rules and spending limits. The advertised rates rise from 2% to 4% for card spending and from 4% to 8% for qualifying subscriptions. Rewards arrive as Points, and the campaign ends at 00:00 UTC on 1 November 2026. New Pro subscribers also receive their first monthly subscription payment back as Points, separately from the doubled card rewards.

Points refund an eligible completed purchase in USDC. Refunding 25% or 50% of a transaction costs 100 points per $1, 75% costs 112, and 100% costs 125. The same points therefore buy 20% less money as a full refund than as a 25% or 50% refund. At that conversion, a nominal 4% becomes 3.2%, before any subscription cost. Each refund must be at least $0.50 and cannot reuse a transaction that was already refunded or claimed.

The 4% headline applies only within the Pro spending bands and only when points are redeemed at 100 per $1. The standard Pro bands already fall after $1,000 of monthly spending, as the Pulsar Pro comparison explains, so the campaign's spending limits decide how much of a larger bill still earns the doubled rate.
