Pulsar Plans Card Top-Ups and Withdrawals Through Fast

Pulsar plans to add card top-ups, deposits and withdrawals through the Fast network. The route is not live, and Pulsar has not published a launch date, supported assets, countries, limits or fees for it.

Fast would be another rail into the same Pulsar balance

Pulsar already credits USDT or USDC sent from more than seven networks to a single USDC balance on Arc, and the Pulsar Card spends from that balance (how USDT deposits are converted). Fast is planned as another way to move money into and out of that balance, not a separate card account.

Fast is cheaper only if its fees undercut network gas

Current USDT and USDC deposits carry no Pulsar fee for bridging, conversion or swapping; the sender pays only the network fee on the sending chain. For Fast to be the cheaper way in, its own fees would have to come in below that gas cost, and Pulsar has not announced them. Until Fast appears in the app, the Pulsar Card is funded only through the existing deposit networks.
