Moto Offers 25,000 Points for $10,000 of Early Spending

Moto offers 25,000 bonus points for reaching $10,000 of spending in the first 30 days. Moto has clarified that the offer applies only to paid plans and directs users to the app for points conversion.

At the threshold, the bonus equals 2.5 additional points per dollar spent. That is a points calculation, not a 2.5% cash return: converting it into money requires the applicable redemption value and conditions.

The threshold also creates a discontinuity. Spending close to the target is not the same as reaching it; users should not budget a proportional share of the bonus for a lower amount. Nor should the bonus be treated as a reason to buy things they would otherwise skip.

The offer suits a paid-plan member whose already-planned spending can meet the target in time. Someone on a free plan does not qualify under the clarification. Before relying on the reward, check when the 30-day window starts, which purchases count and how points can be redeemed, then compare the benefit with the paid membership cost.
