Keep Plasma One records before you need them

There are two times people think about card records: when they are being unusually organized, or when something has already gone wrong. The first one is cheaper.

Plasma One's PDF and CSV exports make a simple monthly routine possible. Download the card record. Save the wallet transfer history that funded it. Keep any onramp or exchange receipt that sits between the two.

The record set that actually helps

• Card export for purchases, refunds, fees and rewards
• Wallet history for transfers into the card flow
• Onramp or exchange record for fiat-to-stablecoin steps

That is enough for most ordinary questions. Where did the money enter? When did it become spendable? What did the card charge? Trying to answer those questions six months later from memory is a terrible hobby.
