Karta Crossed $250M in Tracked Onchain Card Settlements

Paymentscan now shows Karta above $250M in tracked card settlement volume. That is a useful signal for crypto-card infrastructure, but the transaction count should not be read as direct consumer activity.

The useful number is settlement volume

Paymentscan lists Karta at $252.8M total volume across monthly data from August 2024 to August 2026. July 2026 is shown at $58.39M and August 2026 at $27.25M at the time checked.

The methodology limits the conclusion

Paymentscan says Karta metrics are based on settlements with card issuer Rain. Because those settlements are batched, transaction and address counts may not map to end-user activity. The volume is the stronger signal.

The card page still answers the usable questions

A large settlement line does not answer country coverage, funding assets, FX treatment, Apple Pay support or Google Pay support by itself. Those are still the fields that decide whether Karta is usable for everyday spending.

Tracked card details are on Karta Card.
