Binance Card refunds return USDC, not every cost
A Binance Card refund does not necessarily reverse the original payment. Binance says card refunds are paid in USDC even when a payment used another asset through Payment Priority. The original asset and price exposure are not automatically restored.
Binance also says card fees are non-refundable. A merchant can refund an item's full price while conversion or foreign-exchange charges remain in the account history. This is most visible when the original payment used a non-USDC asset or another currency.
Check the original card transaction, the USDC refund and any separate fee entries together. The applicable fee table depends on the account country in the Binance Card dashboard, so another user's experience is not a reliable substitute.
