Binance Card Global Program: who runs what

The current Binance Card has one name but several roles behind it. Binance provides the account and asset interface, Immersve operates the program as issuer, and Mastercard carries the payment to the merchant. That separation matters when a card is issued, declined, refunded, or restricted by country.

Binance describes the Global Program as an Immersve service for verified users in selected jurisdictions. A Binance login therefore does not itself confirm card eligibility. The onboarding flow and Card Dashboard show whether the account can apply, and whether it can use a virtual card or order a physical one.

The Binance Card also uses virtual assets allocated in a Binance account to support spending. Old country lists and screenshots are not a substitute for the current dashboard, where card availability, eligible form factor, supported assets and regional fees are shown.
