Avici's 20% Porsche Cashback Caps at $10 Per User

Avici opened a cashback campaign on 22 September at 18:30 UTC paying 20% on a qualifying Porsche purchase charged to an Avici card, capped at $10 per user. The campaign has no published end date and runs until Avici closes it or the budget for it runs out.

The cap binds at $50, and the rate falls from there

Twenty percent of $50 is $10, which is the entire per-user entitlement. Every dollar charged above that earns nothing more, so the effective rate is 20% on a $50 deposit, 2% on $500, and 0.2% on a $5,000 payment. The advertised rate describes only the first $50; past that point the offer is a fixed $10 and the percentage is arithmetic left over from the headline.

Deposits count as qualifying purchases, so the cap is reachable without buying a car at all.

Only the first qualifying purchase counts, not the largest

Each user earns on one qualifying purchase, and the terms settle ties by order rather than size: the first one counts. Someone who charges a small deposit and then the balance of a vehicle has already used the entitlement on the deposit. Eligibility is per person, so extra accounts or extra cards do not raise the $10.

The payment has to reach an authorised Porsche Centre on an Avici card

A qualifying purchase is a payment to an authorised Porsche Centre for a new or Porsche Approved pre-owned vehicle, including a deposit toward one, charged to an active Avici Platinum or Signature card. Only the portion charged to that card counts — a bank transfer, financing, or a trade-in against the price earns nothing, which is how most of a car is usually paid for.

The exclusion list runs through the rest of the Porsche universe: branded merchandise, servicing, parts and tyres, Experience Centre drives and museum tickets, private sales, brokers, resellers and auctions, gift cards and account top-ups. Failed, cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed transactions do not qualify either, and cashback already credited on a purchase that is later refunded can be recovered.

Cashback lands in USDC within 30 days of settlement

Payment is made in USDC to the Avici card balance, credited within 30 days after the qualifying purchase settles and after Avici validates eligibility. The account has to be active and able to receive it at that point. The base for the calculation is the amount actually charged, after discounts and including purchase taxes, while separately charged card, foreign-exchange and cross-border fees earn nothing.

That last clause is worth pairing with a non-USD purchase. Avici documents a Visa cross-border fee of roughly 0.4% to 1% on transactions outside USD, noted earlier alongside the ATM fees, and 1% of a five-figure payment is far more than $10. The campaign is budget-limited and allocated in the order purchases qualify.

UK residents are not eligible, and neither is anyone in a jurisdiction where the Avici card or the campaign is unavailable.

Read against any capped offer, the calculation is the same one: divide the cap by the rate to find the spend where the offer stops paying, then compare that figure to what the purchase actually costs.
